Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Plot Availability: PRI

Her eyes are light silver. She has no freckles or birthmarks visible when she's wearing clothes. Her face, much like her body, is made up mostly of soft angles. She has full lips, and sharp, piercing eyes.
Attire: Simple ladies dresses (red, yellow, white) with brown ladies boots. She wears a corset that laces in the front (underneath her clothes) to give the illusion of womanly curves that she doesn't really have. She wears red lipstick with everything.
Weaponry: Medium-sized dagger strapped to her torso underneath her dress. It's rarely used.
Skills:
History: After growing up in New Orleans, Louisiana, Pearl and her family moved to Blackwater in West Elizabeth in order to get away from the bad reputation her father had gained after working with the mafia. Her flirting combined with her generally unkind nature has made the majority of Blackwater dislike her.
Family:
Phillip Ramsey - Caring father and main role model; He is a defensive attorney and an aspiring politician. His first language is French, and he often struggles with the English language.
Sarah Ramsey - Mother, their relationship is strained and they show only obligatory love for each other; She does not deal with her children's imperfections very well, and often sends them away rather than trying to understand.
Danielle Greene (deceased) - Aunt, unmarried twin sister of Sarah Ramsey; She acted as a second mother to Pearl, and showed her the same coldness as her real mother, until her quick death from an unknown infection.
Earl Ramsey - Older brother and greatest friend; He works in a factory in New York.
Andrew Ramsey (deceased) - Younger brother, he was slow and was shown the same coldness from their mother; He looked more to Pearl for motherly affection until he was sent away to a mental hospital, where he later died.
Sample RP post: It was Sunday. Pearl Ramsey sat in the pews of the church in Blackwater, listening to the preacher go on about fire and brimstone, and slowly fanned herself. It was hard to focus in this blistering heat. It made her tired, but she tried not to drift off. The women in the pew behind her were practically beside themselves with anxiety. She could hear their whispers. “That Ramsey girl is wearing red in church again.” If only they knew that the only reason she was wearing red in church today was because she thrived off of their discontent.
Just that morning, she had taken a long look at the thin yellow dress she had laid out on her bed. She could’ve easily worn that dress and spared herself the discomfort of the thick fabric practically choking her skin until it cried out for air, and yet their outrage was completely worth it. Their open mouthed stare as she entered the church and sat chastely at the very front pew was refreshing to her.
As if God would condemn her over the color dress she wore in church. She suppressed a laugh at the thought. These women, along with many other people in the town, were just watching and waiting on what outrageous thing she would do next. They hated her, and she didn’t mind, in fact she found it fun. She loved hearing of all the filthy lies they came up with, all because she was beautiful on the outside but not on the inside.
The truth is, not a single person outside of her family had ever earned her kindness. She felt like kindness should be earned instead of given away so easily to those who might not deserve it. Even then, she wasn’t about to go out of her own way to be kind to someone, especially a stranger. Maybe something innocent, like a child or an animal, would be treated compassionately, but not a grown man or woman that should know better than to prattle on about the business of others.
So she slowly fanned herself, and when the sermon ended, she stood and left. She smiled silently to herself as she heard the whispers go on behind her.
