The slaughterhouse is the most popular place in town, as it brings in work for its Mexican and Chinese population. The slaughterhouse is not just the main location for work, however--its supervisors often gather together at night to play poker, arm wrestle, and drink their boss's liquor when he isn't around. Rat fights are also a common activity in the basement, and occur most frequently when the slaughterhouse has had a profitable quarter, which results in plenty of scraps to spare to goad the fighters on.
